I can't believe I made it through the week. I have been so tired, I thought it would never come. But now that the weekend is here, I'm so excited.
First off, I get my hair cut tomorrow. It really is a bit to long right now. Long enough that after showers and fixing my hair, several strands are in the tub/sink. (Or is the hair in the tube and sink because I'm getting older?) Also, it is getting difficult to style in the morning and requiring more and more hair product. And if you know me, I already put a lot of product in my hair, so imagine me putting more in. Kind of gross, I know.
After the hair cut, my wife and I plan on going into town for a little bit of shopping. I think she wants to buy shoes, and I desperately need to get a DVD (Jurasic Park for my Earth Science class.)
I don't know when we'll get the party in, but it MUST happen on Saturday. That's because the ever adorable Santana turns 1 year old. Yup, 1 whole year. I know he's getting a bone from my wife and I, along with a new toy, but I imagine he'll get more.
Superbowl Sunday should be good as well. I don't know how much work my wife and I will have, but I know we are both looking forward to the game. I believe the plan is to prepare a Tator Tot Hot Dish and watch the game.
So my prediction for the game: Some commercials will be great, but most will be disappointing. As for the winning team, it will start with the letter "S". So that's my prediciton. We'll see how correct I am on Monday.

Mmmmmm! Tater-tot hotdish!!!! I miss the Midwest. Here in San Francisco/Berkeley it's all about "seared ahi tuna with wasabi aioli" and the raw food movement. J.Po and I have retaliated and made tuna hotdish on occasion (with potato chips on top, no less)
I can't say we have a "raw" food movement here, but I just polled my 8th graders and most say that Rare (with some Med. Rare) steak is the best way to go.
Now I'm thinking that I need to have a tuna hotdish later this week. It may or may not have potato chips on it. My wife and I have been trying to eat a little healthier.
